For the webbed site

• Add toggleable filtering options to the ship generator, once I figure out how to do that.
• CSS or Javascript toggles to switch between English/toki pona? Do I even want to do that?
• Maybe just to switch between Latin text and sitelen pona on the toki pona pages themselves?
